Subject: Glossaries for US and/or EU research terms

1.  Glossaries for US and/or EU research terms

Dear fellow research administrators and managers,

At least once a year - most of the time right before starting to work on the presentations for the Annual Meeting or the regional meeting - we are confronted with a situation when we need an US equivalent for a specific EU funding program term. Once again it is this time of the year. And even though our own glossary has grown over the past years it is still far from complete.

We were therefore wondering whether you could suggest any websites and/or glossaries which you forward to your researchers for them to better understand possible funding processes and opportunities. What we would like to do is to look at existing and well established glossaries and juxtapose EU terms and US terms open for all of us to use.

We highly appreciate your recommendations!

Thank you and kind regards,
