Hi all!
hope you're all getting into the Christmas spirit!
I am a newbie to this whole online application submission system and have received the following error message. I am unsure of what to do (and getting desperate as the deadline fast approaches!).
The eBRAP system has received GRANT12058723 for BC151135 in response to FY15 Breast Cancer Research Program - Breakthrough Award Funding Level 3.
The following files failed validation:
* There are no uploaded files for required category Advocate Statement
Please login to this application and review, edit, and verify the application components.
If either the Proposal Narrative or the Budget failed validation, an updated Grants.gov application package must be submitted via Grants.gov prior to the Breast Cancer Research Program - Breakthrough Award Funding Level 3 application submission deadline. Please check "Changed/Corrected Application" in Block 1 and insert the Grants.gov tracking ID shown in the subject line of this email into Block 4 c. of the Grants.gov SF424 (R&R) in the resubmission.
In short, the Advocate Statement is attached and correctly formatted, so I don't understand why the message has generated. I have been on eBRAP in an effort to re-upload the attachment, but am unable to make any changes to the Full Application. It is in draft status and I do not have an option of viewing it in Actions. I would have thought based on the guidelines, we could retrieve the application in eBRAP and upload documents.
I am basically confused as to where the application is actually sitting and whether it will be able to submitted as is. Do we need to completely resubmit the SF424?
I suppose I am also just generally confused about the relationship between grants.gov and eBRAP!
Thanks so much to anybody who has any wisdom to share!
Warm regards
