    According to FP7 regulations, an institution that reaches the 250,000 euro threshold in FP7 grant funding must undergo an independent audit according to the terms of Annex VII - Form D in the FP7 Grant Agreement.  

    In relations to this, I received a request for help from a U.S. university in Texas that is trying to find a knowledgeable U.S.-based audit firm that is able to conduct this type of audit.  

    Can someone recommend an appropriate audit firm that is familiar with FP7 grants and can conduct audits in the U.S.?
