Working With a Company in Mongolia

    I'm wondering if any one has worked with a company in Mongolia named Oyu Tolgoi LLC.  they are wanting to issue a contract to Montana State University for some work done on road development and the language regarding tax implications is a bit perplexing.  So, if you have any experience with working in this country I would really appreciate any advice you are willing to share.
