As promised, I have uploaded the Horizon 2020 presentations, from INORMS 2012, into the Library.
The bottom line is...available Horizon 2020 funding for entities outside the EU is only for "sole source" purposes. If your faculty member is the
ONLY faculty member in the world that does a specialized type of work, THEN and only then can they access funds, otherwise, you have to "pay to play". Pay to Play is another way of saying we have to cost-share (just like FP7).
We do have institutions that are involved in this manner, so looking at the presentations will be important for you.
Needless to say, I was disappointed.

All, just a note that Dave Richardson and I are attending the INORMS conference in Copenhagen in a couple of weeks. I will attend any Horizon 2020 sessions that are available and report back what I hear on the status (including any powerpoints or handouts).
Let me know if you have anything in particular you want me to look out for.
Hilsen (Danish for Sincerely)
