I have a colleague from the Institute of Photonic Sciences in Barcelona who is inquiring as to the reputation of this group in helping with NIH proposals. The Institute wants to pursue NIH funding and is looking for the best help they can find.
Anyone heard of them, utilized their services?, were they good?
