Hello All,
Quite a while ago I had asked a question about international collaborations and what mechanism would be the best for a sub award to a country like New Zealand. I wrote in my notes, "FPA with milestones/deliverables, define deliverables clearly" Unfortunately, I did not print the email from the kind respondent. I was hoping that one of the international community brain trust might be able to assist me with a sample of such an FPA. I am concerned that there is language that I might miss in such an agreement.
