I am having a great deal of trouble entering data on FFATA subs under USAID prime awards. USAID does not seem to be uploading their agreements into the FSRS system and therefore, we, as Prime Recipients, cannot report on our subs under these same awards...even though these awards require FFATA compliance!
Is anyone else out there having this problem? I have had almost no response back from contracting officers at USAID--many don't even seem to know what I am talking about when I ask if they've uploaded their agreements into the FSRS system.
