For those NCURA members who work with foreign award recipients, particularly newly formed indigenous organizations, can you share with me insights and information you may have regarding the impact on them with the changes made to the federal payments system. Are you aware of any difficulties they have encountered or other problems associated with the change? Has the change created problems with cash flow? Or difficulties associated with getting registered to get into the system for payment? Any information you may have will be greatly appreciated.
