    Good morning, all!  I'm looking for helpful and experienced guidance from my NCURA colleagues who have included international collaborators on NIH proposals.  We have an opportunity to include an international collaboration on an upcoming submission but need to find out what preparations need to be taken now so that everything is ready to go upon submission in February. A checklist that you use (and are willing to share) for such would be helpful.

    I envision a subaward agreement so the collaborator will not be drawing down funds directly and will invoice our institution for their expenses. Do you process payment through an ACH?

    Does the collaborator need to register with eRA Commons? Grants.gov? Any special language in the consortium agreement? Are there IP issues to address now regarding data sharing, etc.  So many questions but I don't want to find out the day before submission that we missed something.
