    All, I am encouraging the use of the hashtag #res_admin_mgr when we have tweets that apply to both groups.  Of course we are all the same group but there are hashtags specifically for #researchmanager and #researchadmin but not for both.  There are issues that impact both groups so having one hashtag might be helpful.
