    Hi everyone,

    Just curious to see if anyone has had experience  implementing an effort reporting system at a foreign institution, especially in sub-Saharan Africa.  What were the biggest challenges?  Let me know and we can talk offline!

    I remember the Harvard School of Public Health having a large AIDS grant  in sub Saharan Africa a few years ago. They sent someone from OSP  there to set up the logistics.Perhaps they can be of help, especially since you  are both in the Boston area.
