    Hello everyone,

We want to provide you with an update on the NCURA Collaborate Survey. Our thanks go to all who participated. To date, 184 responses have been received.
NCURA has formed a task force to carefully review each response. Several Collaborate Community Chairs volunteered to participate on the task force and to work on addressing the concerns and enhancement ideas brought forth in the survey responses.

    The task force members are:
    Stephanie Moore, NCURA
    Julia Rodriguez, Univ of Missouri
    Denise Moody, Harvard University
    Jane Tolbert, Univ of Rochester
Terri Hall, Univ of Notre Dame
Feel free to contact us via Collaborate if you have further ideas to share.

So far we have identified 11 themes brought forth in the survey. Some of the concerns can be addressed by providing more training on Collaborate's functionality. Others may require changes to the website's design. Over the next couple of months, this task force will be working with NCURA and the vendor to propose improvements to Collaborate that will improve your experience and make it a more valuable resource for the entire NCURA membership.

We will provide you an update on our progress and may ask you for further input, so please watch for upcoming messages about Collaborate. We sincerely value your opinions and ideas.

    Regards,
    Janet
