    Has anyone found a good solution of overseas institutions for this new two-step validation?

    I do not want the code to be sent to my personal mobile phone or PC as this is administratively awkward but, when I try to set up an actual phone call, the error message comes up that they are not yet calling Guernsey (I am in Bournemouth, south west England and not a beautiful little island in the English Channel - I wish...)

    I have raised a query but was wondering if, as part of the global community, anyone else has experienced this and has a workaround.

    Hi Emily,

    I have the same problem. Just to let you know, the sms service doesn't work either. I haven't been able to make the third option with authentification app work. I sent an email to the team but have not yet had a reply.
