Greetings NCURA community, 

The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga is establishing a Research Strategic Plan document, informed by an NCURA peer review, faculty survey, campus leadership research summit, and goals from our Board of Trustees.  As part of the strategic plan development, we have been asked to include case study vignettes from other institutions who have implemented similar strategies / action items and experienced success.  I've attached and embedded a one-page overview of the major strategies, goals, and action items projected at this stage.  We would welcome an advice you can offer!  It would be especially helpful if you could offer any "success stories" with brief details such what strategies you implemented, any resource allocation that was critical, and general or specific outcomes that were attributable or collateral to the strategy.  With your permission, these will be summarized in an internal document.  While we most need success stories, words of caution are welcomed also!

This is great - and rather similar to what I would call a Policy Deployment Framework.  For me there are missing columns.  Who will do these things (a specific individual should have the responsibility.  by when. and how will you know when it has bee done.  I think that makes it much more powerful.  Good luck!
