Hello all,
I've gotten questions for a iConsultancy service center that an information system department wants to establish. The service center provides consulting services as an integral part of the students experiential learning activities. Therefore, students are heavily involved in the service center operation. Except GAs (GAs are paid through the service center), they use lots of unpaid undergraduate students. Since the Undergraduates are not paid by the services center, and they just do the services/projects as learning experiences, I think the tuition that are collected from them shouldn't be considered some kind of revenue/credits to offset the service center expenses. Am I correct? I would like to hear your thoughts on this.
Thank you!
Best,
