  • 1.  ACH information

    Hello all,

We have many state and federal agencies that send us money electronically, as I'm sure most of the NACCA membership does too. I was wondering how your institution sends required ACH information to these agencies.  UAF used to send the documents password protected and then follow up with an additional email with the password. My statewide office said transmitting the information this way is a security risk.  The alternatives that were given to me for sending the  banking information weres not practical or reasonable due to the requirements and the location of our sponsors.   Would you be willing to share how your institution handles requests for sensitive banking information? How is that information sent?

Thank you all so much for your help.

    Teri
