We are currently studying various remote work options for any positions that can be accomplished remotely, not only administrative staff.  We have distributed a survey asking for input from our employees to see what interest there is and how the whole "work-from-home" has been as far as work productivity, engagement, satisfaction, etc. The a committee is provide recommendations to executive leadership for review and decision making.

Good Afternoon NACCA Community!  Hope all is well and you & yours are safe and healthy.

    A colleague asks:

Our University System is having discussions on the possibility of many administrative staff either returning to campus in some type of a hybrid form or possibly continuing to work remotely to provide space for other activities.  We would like to know if other Universities are also considering this move for the future. If so, we would like to know how other Universities are handling this possible shift.

Please reply with your experiences and planning thus far at your universities/institutions.  I imagine this should be a popular topic!  Thanks in advance for your responses.
