Associate Director - The Associate Director for GCA is responsible for managing day-to-day operations for GCA; responsible for leading post award functions, supporting researchers in the management of grants and contracts sponsored by government and industry, and the administration of grant awards within the Banner Finance system, Supporting function for cash management, cost analysis, and contracting units within GCA. This position also serves as the acting director in the absence of the Executive Director.

Cost Analyst - The Cost Analyst is responsible for creating complex cost reports and analysis with accuracy. Ensure all recharge units are operating under University policy and are in compliant with federal guidelines. Must understand and operate Maximus Effort Reporting System, to ensure University compliance with OMB Uniform Guidance as it relates to effort reporting, certification, and salary cost share certification. Cost Analyst will work with the Assistant Director of Cost Analysis in all aspects of the University's facilities and administrative (F&A) and fringe benefit rate proposals. Work involves all areas and phases of this function related to performing the cycle of multiple tasks and events necessary for work with consultants to develop, defend, negotiate, and implement an F&A agreement with the Federal Government.
