    Hello everyone,

    I am at a smaller institution, so our IRB handles a minimal number of studies that necessitate a Certificate of Confidentiality. With the recent announcement from the NIH that Certificates will temporarily not be issued unless one has a current award with the NIH (see link below), how is your institution handling this?
