REGISTRATION POSTMARK:
Attendees are advised to work with their institutional offices to ensure that the correct registration amount will be postmarked by the registration dates indicated. A copy of the postmark with an indication of the additional registration cost may be sent to the member’s attention if checks are not postmarked within the window selected.

PURCHASED A BULK PACKAGE AND STILL NEED TO ASSIGN YOUR 5 REGISTRATION SPOTS?
Please note these steps are for the purchasers of a bulk package only:
1. First, Log-in using your ID (your e-mail address) and password.
2. Then click on "My Dashboard" at the top of the screen.
3. Select "Assign Bulk Package Registrants" from the "Events" section.
4. Follow the steps provided within this window.
BULK PACKAGE REFUND POLICY:
Full or Partial Bulk Package cancellations can be made via email no later than March 29, 2024 if a written request (email) is received no later than March 29, 2024, by the Region III Treasurer, Jaime Petrasek (nbp5xz@virginia.edu) An administrative fee of $75 will be assessed for full bulk package cancellations. Partial refund requests for bulk packages will assess a $75 administrative fee, as well as an additional fee for any price differences from ineligibility of the special bulk rate. For example: If you purchased a bulk package for 5 registrations and request a cancellation for 1 registration included in your package, your refund amount will be deducted any additional registration fees
you would have assessed if you purchased 4 individual registrations.
MEETING OR WORKSHOP CANCELLATION:
Refunds of any registration fees, less a $75 administrative charge for regular registrations and an additional $50 per workshop, will be honored if a written request (email) is received no later than March 29, 2024, by the Region III Treasurer, Jaime Petrasek (nbp5xz@virginia.edu). Telephone cancellations will not be accepted. Cancellations after March 29,
2024 and no-shows are not eligible for refunds.
SUBSTITUTION/TRANSFER POLICY
Registrants unable to attend may transfer their registration, without a fee, to another individual with prior written notice (email) received no later than April 1, 2024, by the Region III Treasurer, Jaime Petrasek (nbp5xz@virginia.edu). Registrations may not be shared between individuals.
WORKSHOP CHANGE
If you need to change the workshop you registered for, please send an email to Jamie Petrasek (nbp5xz@virginia.edu).
HANDOUTS
Concurrent session materials will be available to registered attendees on the regional websites or on the NCURA meeting app. Directions on use of the app are available through the meeting website and on-site at Registration.
MEALS PROVIDED
Registration includes the following meals:
Standard Conference Registration: Breakfast Monday –

Lunch Monday - Tuesday
Dinner Tuesday
Half-Day Workshops: Breakfast on the day of the workshop for paid workshop registrants.
GUEST MEAL TICKETS
Registrants wishing to purchase meal tickets for additional guests for the Tuesday evening dinner can do so during the electronic meeting registration via credit card or onsite at the NCURA registration desk(check payment required onsite). Please contact Jaime Petrasek (nbp5xz@virginia.edu) no later than April 1, 2024 with the guest’s names so name tags can be ready for them at the registration table when you check in. Please note meals listed above are included for registered attendees only.
