CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY: Refunds of the registration fee, less a $50 administrative charge, will be honored if an email is sent to Susan Hurley (sdhurley@shsu.edu) and Laura Rosales (laura.rosales@bcm.edu) and is received no later than Monday, October 21, 2024. AFTER OCTOBER 21, 2024, NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE.  No-shows are not eligible for refunds. If the conference is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded.
 
SUBSTITUTIONS: Registrants unable to attend may transfer their registration to another individual with prior written notice to Susan Hurley (sdhurley@shsu.edu) and Laura Rosales (laura.rosales@bcm.edu.  All transfers must be requested via email and confirmed by Monday, October 21, 2024.

PAYMENT INFORMATION:
Prepayment of registration via credit card is required. We cannot accept payment via a purchase order or a check.
