Who is this program designed for?
This program is designed for your University team of three:
Your AVP
Your CIO or Director of Information Technology and
The Director of Your Sponsored Programs Office

Do I submit 1 registration for the 3 people from my Institution? 
Yes! The registration fee of $1,425 for early bird, and $1,575 for regular rate is the full fee for your three registrants. Only one registration is needed per Institution, and you will add your 3 names onto the one registration. You can assign your 3 names during the registration process or come back at a later date to assign them.

Can I login to process the registration for my team of 3 even though I am not going?
Yes! Anyone at your Institution can process the registration and then enter the 3 names.

Can I assign my 3 people after I process the registration?
Yes!
1. Log-in to www.ncura.edu using your ID (your e-mail address) and password
2. Click on "My Dashboard" at the top of the screen
3. Select "Assign Bulk Package Registrants" from the "Events" section 
4. Follow the steps provided within this window

Is there a limit on registration?
Yes! The Symposium will close once we reach forty University teams of three (120 ppl). Register early to ensure your team is at the forefront of insightful discussions, engaging sessions, and meaningful connections. 

Meals Provided
Registration Includes the following meals:
Reception - Night before Symposium
Continental Breakfast, Lunch and Refreshment Breaks day of Symposium

Registration Cancellation Deadline is June 10, 2024
To cancel the registration for your Institution and the three members on your team by June 10, 2024:
1) Log-in to www.ncura.edu  using your ID (your e-mail address) and password
2) Click on "My Dashboard" at the top of the screen
3) Select "My Event Registrations" from the "Events" section
4) Select “Edit” next to the Symposium you are cancelling
5) Select “Cancel Registration” at bottom of the screen
6) Click “OK” that you are sure you want to cancel your registration

Refunds of registration fees, less a $150 administrative fee will be honored if you process your cancellation by June 10, 2024.  Telephone cancellations will not be accepted. Cancellations after June 10, 2024, partial cancellations and no-shows are not eligible for refunds.

Recording and Copying of Presentations is Strictly Prohibited
 No individual or entity may electronically record or broadcast any portion of the NCURA 2nd AI Symposium. Unauthorized recording (audio, video, still photography, etc.) of presentations during the sessions or discussions is strictly prohibited. In addition, the unauthorized copying, sharing or distribution of NCURA copyrighted electronic NCURA 2nd AI Symposium material is also strictly prohibited. Thank you for your cooperation as NCURA provides this opportunity.

By registering for the 2nd AI Symposium and its associated events, you agree to allow NCURA to use your photo and/or video footage of you in NCURA related publications, materials, websites, or promotions.
