Registration includes the following meals:
Standard Conference Registration: Breakfast Monday-Wednesday, Lunch Monday-Tuesday, and Tuesday Dinner
        
Lunch and afternoon break on Sunday is included with Full & Half Day Workshops.  
     

ACCOMMODATIONS REQUEST:

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY: Refunds of the registration fee, less a $75 administrative charge and an additional $25 charge per workshop (1-7) will be honored if a written request (email or mail) is received no later than April 15, 2023, by the NCURA Region IV Treasurer, Roger Wareham warehamr@uwgb.edu. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted. Cancellationsafter April 15, 2023, and no-shows are not eligible for a refund.
     
SUBSTITUTION POLICY: Registrants unable to attend may transfer their registrations, without a cancellation fee, to another individual with prior notice to  Roger Wareham, NCURA Region IV Treasurer, 832 South Quincy Street, Green Bay, WI 54301 or warehamr@uwgb.edu   Registrations may not be shared between individuals. Registration transfer must be made prior to April 21, 2023.       
     
CHECK PAYMENT: Make checks payable to NCURA Region IV. Mail check payment along with a copy of the registration form to:
