Participant Badge Information
Participant badges are to be picked up at the NCURA Registration desk. Please note, your badge is your ticket to all sessions, events, and meal functions during the Annual Meeting. For your security, badge sharing and splitting is strictly prohibited.
Confirmation Policy
All participants will receive confirmation of their registration via email.

Conference Cancellation Policy
Cancellations requested by July 5, 2024: Full refund of in-person conference registration fee minus $50 administrative fee, or a full future credit to be applied to an upcoming National program. For the full future credit, the registrant must notify NCURA which National Program they choose to use their full future credit for by August 31, 2025, or the credit expires.
Cancellations requested between July 6 - July 19, 2024: 50% future credit less $50 administrative fee to be applied to an upcoming National program. For the partial future credit, the registrant must notify NCURA which National Program they choose to use their full future credit for by August 31, 2025, or the credit expires. Please contact NCURA for cancellation request.
Cancellations requested after July 19, 2024 are non-refundable.
Bulk Package Cancellation Policy
Full Bulk Package cancellations can be made online or in writing and must be received to the NCURA office according to the above Cancellation Schedule. Fax and telephone cancellation requests cannot be accepted. An administrative fee of $50 will be assessed for full bulk package cancellations. If a partial refund for your bulk package is requested due to decrease in registrants from your institution, it must be received by the above Cancellation Schedule. Partial refund requests for bulk packages will assess a $50 administrative fee/registration, as well as an additional fee for any price differences from ineligibility of the special bulk rate. For example: If you purchased a bulk package for 5 registrations and request a cancellation for 1 registration included in your package, your refund amount will be deducted any additional registration fees you would have assessed if you purchased 4 individual registrations.
Conference Workshop Cancellation Policy.
To cancel or modify a conference workshop, please contact Shameka Robinson, robinson@ncura.edu for further instructions. A $25 fee will be assessed per conference workshop cancellation. Substitution/Transfer Policy
Participants unable to attend may transfer their registration to another individual with prior notice to NCURA. For a registration transfer, please contact our AM66 Hotline (202) 466-5417, MeetingsSupport@ncura.edu. Transfer requests are to be received by July 19, 2024.
Photography
By registering for the 66th Annual Meeting of the Membership and its associated events, you agree to allow NCURA to use your photo and/or video footage of you in NCURA related publications, materials, websites, or promotions.
Recording and Copying of Presentations is Strictly Prohibited
No individual or entity may electronically record or broadcast any portion of the 66th Annual Meeting. Unauthorized recording (audio, video, still photography, etc.) of presentations during the sessions, workshops or discussions is strictly prohibited. In addition, the unauthorized copying, sharing or distribution of NCURA copyrighted electronic 66th Annual Meeting material is also strictly prohibited. Thank you for your cooperation as NCURA provides this training opportunity.
