    Hello,

In attempting to draw down funds from the NEH, the payment system indicated that our grants were administratively terminated. We have received no termination notices and have been unable to reach anyone at the NEH. I have tried calling and emailing the program officer and grant officer multiple times without success, and I understand that there may have been staffing changes. If you have managed to connect with anyone at the NEH, could you please advise and, if you are comfortable, share their contact information? Thank you in advane.

We're also trying to figure out how to submit a payment request for the last quarter of our NEH grant since the payment request within eGMS REACH is blocked.  We have sent an email to the contact for payments but have not yet received a response.  We did receive a termination notice via email, but it was initially caught in our institutional spam filter.  I would encourage you to check your spam/junk folders and any other kind of quarantine of filtering your institution may have.  The message came only to the AOR and was from an unusual email address that had not been used previously for correspondence with NEH.  The message won't help with how to submit for payment but would at least provide documentation of the administrative termination.

    Thanks, Lori
