Dear colleagues,
as a European-based researcher advisor and project manager, I often work with both EU and US projects. For this, I decided to further educate myself and am in the final stages of a Master of Advanced Studies in International Governance and Law. Currently, I am working on my Master thesis on the topic of "Research contract negotiations between international institutions - challenges and opportunities". To gain an overview of how different countries negotiate, I prepared a survey. It includes questions such as compliance, liability, export control, governing law, etc.
I would like to kindly ask you to take a bit of time and fill out the survey, it will be an immense help for me and it will help to obtain a more international overview of international research contract negotiations. The survey is anonymous and you can withdraw your participation at any point of time.
