REGISTRATION INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING MEALS
Standard Conference Registration: Breakfast Monday-Wednesday, Lunch Monday-Tuesday, and Tuesday Dinner
Lunch and afternoon break on Sunday is included with Full & Half Day Workshops.
ACCESSIBLITY AND DIETARY REQUESTS:
If you have a specific accessibility request, a dietary request, or have any life-threatening food issues of which you'd like us to be aware, please contact Beth Woods, elswoods@uic.edu to discuss detailed needs.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:
Refunds of the registration fee, less a $75 administrative charge and an additional $25 charge per workshop will be honored if a written request (email or mail) is received no later than April 15, 2024, by the NCURA Region IV Treasurer, Suzanne Reinke, esreinke@purdue.edu or Suzanne Reinke, NCURA Region IV Treasurer, 7239 S. 41st Street Lincoln, NE 68516. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted. Cancellations after Apri 15, 2024, and no-shows are not eligible for a refund.

SUBSTITUTION POLICY:
Registrants unable to attend may transfer their registrations, without a cancellation fee, to another individual with prior notice to Suzanne Reinke, esreinke@purdue.edu. Registrations may not be shared between individuals. Registration transfers must be made prior to April 15, 2024
