Hello everyone,
My name is Noelle Strom, and I invite you to participate in a research study as part of my NCURA Research Program award, "A Qualitative Inquiry of Research Administrator Perceptions of Job Satisfaction." The purpose of this study is to examine the experiences of research administrators in the NCURA community and how those experiences affect their perceptions of job satisfaction.
If you are interested in participating in the study, please complete this survey, which will ask for your name, email address, and NCURA region (Regions 1-8). I will interview up to 35 participants in the study. If more than 35 people express interest in participating, I will randomly select participants to ensure an even sampling across NCURA regions. If you are selected to participate, you will receive a $100 electronic gift card as an incentive for completing the interview. The survey takes approximately 3 minutes to complete and is open until Friday, November 22, 2024.
