Hi John,
I just submitted our NEH reinstatement in eGMS. It was a very short form with no new certifications/terms/conditions in it. I can share what the resubmission looks like if you email me.
In the communications from NEH it says, "NEH will process reinstatements for organizations and individuals in the order they are received. Processing may take several months...". So there are a lot of unknowns at this point.
It also says in the best practices doc, "Post-Reinstatement: Review your revised Notice of Action (NoA), terms and conditions, reporting schedule, and payment schedule (if applicable)." So at this time we don't know what the revisions may be.
I met with our AAG to ensure we could reinstate and she had no issues with it. However, she did recommend that we pay close attention to any new terms/conditions and certifications that may pop in the revised award or during drawdowns.
